This homeowner started demo on his house and uncovered mold due to a leaking roof and poor insulation. I got it all cleaned up, disinfected and a coat of encapsulation paint. They are ready to rebuild , correctly this time!

This job was the result of a flooded basement years ago, it was all dried but went untreated. Home MRI did allot of cleaning, disinfecting, hepa vac, drywall removal, and ALLOT of encapsulating using only industry approved products!

A un detected water leak turned into a moldy mess behind this vanity. Very rarely can drywall be salvaged after water/ mold damage. The cabinets were discarded also due to water saturation/ mold.

Overhanging trees on roofs can cause mold. Keeping trees trimmed away from roofs will prevent this.
