Q: Should I renovate my home all at once or tackle it in phases?

A: It depends on your budget, priorities, and how the different parts of your project connect. Renovating in phases can make a large project more financially manageable and allow you to focus on your most pressing needs first. But when projects overlap, completing everything at once may be more efficient and prevent you from paying to redo finished work later.

For example, if your kitchen renovation involves moving plumbing, replacing flooring, and opening it to an adjoining living space, it may make sense to address those areas together. On the other hand, a bathroom update on the opposite side of the house could likely wait.
