Some projects test everything you know about building.
After a fire and then a roof collapse in a rainstorm left this home with almost nothing salvageable, we rebuilt the entire roof framing, replaced every burnt stud, tore out and redid all the floors, ductwork, electrical and plumbing, and brought it back better than new.
The result is a fully restored modern home: vaulted great room, custom kitchen with a waterfall quartz island, and a stone-and-timber covered entry.
