We are happy that the new restrooms are completed!

A throw back to one of our favorite renovations. This project combines historic preservation with affordable housing. The adaptation was of two buildings originally built as a furniture factory in 1927 and contains 68 affordable apartments.

The project was completed in the winter of 2013.
