At first glance, this bathroom looked perfectly normal. But following a water loss, our team began carefully removing the affected tile and flooring materials to determine just how far the moisture had traveled.

Once the flooring was opened up, we uncovered significant hidden damage underneath.

What initially appeared to be a limited area of damage quickly revealed a much larger issue once our team began removing the affected materials. The extent of the hidden damage required both walls to be removed so the affected areas could be properly accessed and addressed.
