This exterior waterproofing project required excavating around the foundation, thoroughly cleaning, pressure washing and preparing the walls, applying a waterproofing membrane, installing a protective drainage board, and adding a perimeter drainage system to help direct water away from the home.

💧 Stopping Water Problems at the Source! 💧

At Rockhopper Home Solutions, we specialize in protecting homes — and this week’s project was an interior drain system.

We installed a full interior drain system for a homeowner dealing with persistent water intrusion, this home was built in the 60's on top of a boulder.

Our team carefully cut the concrete slab around the boulder and installed a high-capacity interior drainage channel and connected it directly to a brand-new sump pump system.

This setup collects water and safely redirects it away from the home.
