Check out this before-and-after transformation! We gave this bathroom a complete update with custom-built wainscoting, new tile flooring, upgraded vent fans and light fixtures, a new vanity, and an automated smart toilet.

The custom trim work really brought everything together and gave the space a clean, finished look. We’re extremely happy with how this renovation turned out!

Another fun little project we wrapped up this week.

A few years ago we built this greenhouse shed, and the homeowner recently had us come back and add a small pressure treated deck off the side of it. We also installed large natural stone steps and fresh mulch to help tie everything into the garden area.

They’re planning on adding a fountain and more plants soon, so this gives them a nice spot to step out and enjoy the space.

Sometimes its the smaller projects that make the biggest difference. The mountain view doesn’t hurt either

Another great transformation completed!

This old screened-in porch had a metal roof and gutter system underneath the deck that was trapping moisture and causing rot between the joists. We removed everything, repaired the damaged areas, and opened the space back up.

The finished project features a new composite deck above, a tile patio system below, and a fresh coat of Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint throughout—including all of the framing, joists, and underside of the deck.

Amazing what a little vision and a lot of hard work can do!

Another great transformation by 828s Man With a Hand LLC!

We took this outdated laundry room and completely converted it into a beautiful laundry room/bathroom combo featuring custom tile work, a custom threshold, and a new door fitted into an extremely out-of-square opening.

The project required a full gut renovation, including removing and replacing completely rotten particleboard subflooring and leveling the floor, which was nearly 2 inches out of level.

A lot of work went into this one, but the finished result was well worth it. We love bringing old spaces back to life!

This one was all about giving this deck a second life.

The customer wasn’t quite ready for a full rebuild, so we focused on fixing what mattered and making it last. We replaced a rotted rim joist, swapped out a bad post, and went through a lot of the handrails and deck boards to get everything solid and safe again.

After that we pressure washed, fully sanded it down, and re-stained the whole deck to bring it back to life.

End result is a clean, sturdy deck that should get them another 10+ years without the cost of a full replacement.
