Well, the new commercial kitchen was finished and there was nowhere to put the new food-warmer that made sense... we blew a hole in a wall and framed a set-in cubby into the electrical room. Perfect! Just have to paint and put a transition strip in the flooring.

We're nearing the end of renovations at the CAPS Collaborative School in Westminster. Installing mold-resistant sheetrock in the new hallway and last 2 classrooms of Phase 5.

It's been a pleasure dealing with the school, as well as the Westminster Building Department and Fire Department. When you have quality people at every phase, it sure makes a difference! Macfarland Electrical, Twin City Plumbing and Heating, Armstrong Sprinklers, New England Door Solutions, Mark Schryver Architectural Service and Bin-There-Dump-That dumpster service.

Finally finished siding on this shed that we started last Fall. Vented soffit, coil-stock aluminum trim and vinyl siding.

The contractor who built the shed, sadly passed away before it could be brought to completion, so it was nice to finally see his project reach fruition.

Just about ready for countertop laminate and cutting in sinks in the CAPS School kitchen.
