Hammer and Roof did an excellent job of identifying the source of leaking from our flat roof into our family room. Their staff member was very conscientious and worked hard to scrape, clean and seal the area around two railing posts on the roof. And then took the iniative in communicaiton with management to also provide the same treatmeht around a third post. Also, this work was being done in the winter and needed dry weather and our family had could only have the work done on certain days. Hammer and Mop, and particularly Kelsey, the office manager, were wonderfully cooperative in scheduling and rescheduling the work. Also, the price for the work was very reasonable for the quality of work and patience shown. We recommend hiring Hammer and Mop, as we will again.
