We are a family owned and operated, Ashburn based company seeking a full time (30 -40 hrs) Office Coordinator, in our home office in Purcellville, VA. We are seeking a motivated and quick learner who has the capability to be an office coordinator in a fast paced environment. Daily duties include duties as an executive assistant and responsibilities in many different areas of the company such as Administrative, Marketing, HR and Customer Service. Support of our bids/estimator is also possible.
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, have the ability to multitask, possess excellent organizational skills, as well as great communication skills, both verbal and written. Looking for someone with a business background, who can jump in and make a difference in a small, busy office supporting two companies.
