💙 The Contractor Nation family is heartbroken as we share the passing of a dear friend and pillar in this network, Mike Lane.

To know Mike was to love Mike. His positivity was infectious and his determination was unmatched. When experts gave him less than a year to live in 2017, he wouldn’t have it. His lifelong friend, Larry Janesky said it best: “He defied the odds and astonished them, living five full years while not ruining his brain and who he was. He was positive when there was nothing to be positive about.”

Mike was a natural born teacher. His training pushed you outside of your comfort zone and made you a better person, in and out of the office. There was never any question - Mike was always the most passionate one in the room. He could talk for hours about a single topic, but you’d always walk away knowing more than you ever thought there was to learn, and loving him for it.

Mike Lane was a leader, a teacher, a salesman, a husband, a father and a friend.

We will miss him always, and we ask that you keep his wife, Gail and their two children, Sam & Claire in your thoughts and prayers.

Prayers for a man that affected me and my family!! Mike lane passed away but his teachings and memory will be present in everything my company does. RIP MIke lane
