It is with great sadness that we announce that one of Clover's family members Jeremy lost his daughter Brianna, who succumbed to her injuries on Monday from a car accident last month.

Excellent service from a fantastic organization. Reception center is extremely friendly and cordial to customers. They are patient and listen. The technicians have the upmost integrity and are extremely thorough when conducting their work. Our HVAC technician identified a issue with our system that was a result of poor installation from another co.in 2018 that is known for placing installing wires incorrectly. This stood out bc he took the time to say the issue was covered under warranty, he did the due justice of conducting research and saved us . Those are true values. How many other companies would have not done that and charged the customer knowing it was covered under warranty. Imagine a loved one being taken advantage of, that is not the Charter of this company. You can tell they love their job. Clover was excellent Service was scheduled quickly and at my convenience- Wendy (I think that was her name) on the phone was very nice. Our follow up visit was prompt and our technician Will was courteous, professional and explained exactly what was wrong and even patched a part to get us through while our new part was being delivered. Our HVAC system was leaking. Clover sent someone to check out the situation quickly and the technician recommended a whole system replacement. I felt like he was making the recommendation genuinely, and he explained his reasoning. I asked for a quote for a new system and mentioned I wanted a baseline model. I received a quote later that evening, and it seemed fair for what I was getting. They came a few days later and replaced the system in one day. They were accommodating of my schedule. Our technician was Ronan, and he was fantastic. He really made sure everything was right throughout the process. He had great attention to detail and was considerate. He even thought to ask me about whether I had extra wall paint since the new thermostat was smaller than the old one and showed the old paint. While we did have some paint, we also have a newborn and I knew I wouldn't get around to painting around the new thermostat. Ronan asked if I wanted a wider thermostat base instead. He installed the wider thermostat base for us so the old paint was covered. This is just one example of the thought and consideration he put into his work and customer service. I would use them again for sure. My only complaint would be that I wish the install could have been scheduled sooner, but they were already booked up. https://bit.ly/2F6WTja

This is the second time I have used Clover. I was pleased with their initial service and glad I called them back. Left a message, was called back in a timely manner and the dispatcherreceptionist relayed the issue. ( shower) Hashem, the service technician arrived on time, was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and was able to correct. Clover is reasonably priced-based on job and not per hour.
