The other day homeowner wanted her louver wall moved and a solid wall built to mount a TV on. Built a treated wall and covered it with pvc tongue and Grove. Then moved the louvered wall behind the sitting area.

Had to fix some rotten framing on a job because the siding guys wrapped the bottom of the framing with metal that held the water in that then rotted the ply wood and bottom 2x4.
