Installation day in Redwood City 🏗️ This three-unit project was built at our Tejon Ranch factory and arrived on site ready to be set in place — a fraction of the time traditional construction takes. Honored to collaborate again with longtime partners, architect Toby Long and general contractor Distinct Builders, LLC From factory floor to finished install, this is the Plant Prefab process in action!

IMPORTANT ACTION FOR YOU YIMBY fans who want more affordable housing: Stop SB 1090 from Preventing Rebuilding in Fire Zones. Victims of the 2025 LA Fires are rebuilding right now, and for some people, the only way to rebuild and become whole is by using state laws allowing lot splits (such as SB 9 and 1123). Others have understandably decided they don't want to rebuild, but many developers buying lots need the returns a lot split allows (otherwise can't pay the price fire victims deserve). The purpose of the state's density laws are to make it possible to build more homes and smaller homes, which means they cost less and rent for less. In other words, more affordable housing.
