Just wrapped a full metal roof on a ranch in Brookshire, TX, and this one was no small job.
Every panel was roll formed right on site. Every custom component was built in our own sheet metal shop.
Why does that matter? Roll forming on site means each panel is produced to the exact length the roof calls for, not cut to a standard size somewhere else and shipped in. On a roof with this many details and transitions, that precision shows in the fit and the finish.
The skylights, louvers, and roof accessories were all custom fabricated in house. Our shop and field crew work as one team, so measurements go straight from the roof to our fabricators, and adjustments get made right away instead of waiting on an outside supplier.
