Safety is more than a priority. It’s a practice.

Our Rocky Mountain District team recently gathered at our Globeville project for our Q4 Safety Meeting, focusing on fire safety, cross-laminated timber (CLT) wall er****on, and site boundary coordination.

From reviewing fire prevention measures to putting their skills to the test with hands-on fire extinguisher training, our team reinforced the importance of being prepared, staying alert, and looking out for one another.

Following the training, we kicked off the fall season with a little Oktoberfest fun! 🥨🍂 Our team enjoyed pretzels and refreshments while taking time to connect and celebrate the season together.

With 18 years at MW, Craft Superintendent Manny Quinonez has worked his way up through the craft ranks, building a career rooted in hard work, continuous learning and a commitment to those around him.

Manny reminds us that our greatest resource is our people. By investing in one another, sharing knowledge and creating opportunities for growth, we build a stronger team and a more inclusive industry.

Kicking off Construction Inclusion Week with a company wide Teams call to get everyone excited about the inclusion themes this week at all the project sites. We'll be doing toolbox talks out at our projects, spotlights on employees that have embodied inclusivity within Milender White, and coming up with new ways to increase inclusivity across all our processes and procedures. We are always trying to be intentional in our efforts to include our entire workforce in all the great opportunities our company has to offer, and we know that we can only get better each and every year. Construction Inclusion Week is a great checkpoint to really focus on how we're improving and celebrating our successes in this important initiative.
