*Update* installed 5 yards of brown mulch in garden beds and 2 tons red breeze to the pathways. Shows the potential of the place. Would’ve loved to do so much more. It goes on the market soon at 1.7 million. Congress Park - Denver

City Park, Denver - A thorough cleanup and trim job was completed on a busy corner lot. The house and lot are beautiful and with future renovations on the landscaping and irrigation this will be an oasis in the city.

Hand-picked and installed heavy rip rap along a slope to cover two irrigation lines so the rocks don’t move down the slope and uncover the lines. Moved old rock in front of and to both sides of the house to cover bare spots. Installed 3-6” Mesa gray cobble. Removed and replaced old turf and planted two shrubs (Roses of Sharon and Forsythia). North Golden
