Last week we made a site visit just to see how one of our projects is coming along. The center section of this home is all timber framed, and we wanted to see how that goes together. I haven't had the privilege to see how that is done yet. This home is just shy of 12,000 square feet finished. This is one of those that is exciting to see come to life. Just before we designed this house, we also designed a small A-Frame cabin that sits on the same property just across the private lake, it was good to see that done as well. We'll definitely visit this one again as the phases progress.

The European Traditional home with Georgian influences is on the boards, ready for completion this week. This home is to be built in Wildwood, MO, it boasts 4,500 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths on the main and second level with a 4 car garage. The lower level is finished with a gym, theatre and game room. This home is built with ICF construction, and will be extremely energy efficient. It'll blend into it's natural setting quite well!

Some exciting news to share! We have officially teamed up with Walk Your Plans St. Louis, to help our clients visualize their homes, or even commercial spaces during the design process. Walk Your Plans displays our floor plan onto a warehouse floor, to scale, and you can walk through the spaces true to size. They can also make changes to the plans, insert and rotate furniture in rooms, move items around in the kitchen, or whatever, all in real time, while you stand there. They will then send us the marked up plans for us to incorporate into the design. Most people don't know HOW much space they want or need, this tool helps them figure that out. We always discuss it, but until you walk it, most of the time, it's hard to grasp. This is a service that can be added on to our standard scope of work. A modern interpretation of the classic Craftsman - combining natural stone, horizontal siding, standing seam metal roofing, and clean contemporary detailing are the features of this new home to be built in Crystal Lake Park in St. Louis County. This home is 2800 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with a finished lower level which includes a golf simulator and a state of the art exercise room. Excited to see this one come to life! It'll be built by Benchmark Custom Homes, it'll have different finishes on it than this rendering.

A new home on the books in Wentzville, MO. This stunning colonial home is approximately 4,900 square feet on the main and second level with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Last week, we completed the plans for this new home to be built in Richmond Heights, MO. The original house on this lot unfortunately burned down, so the family contacted us to create a new home for them. This home is 3,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths total, with an additional 1,300 square feet in the basement finished. It'll be exciting to see this home get constructed so this family can get back to normal. This home will be built by Kingbridge Homes.
