Just closed on a very special listing — my grandmother’s home. 💛
This one was personal, and I poured my heart into making sure her house was respected, refreshed, and ready for its next chapter. From coordinating a full clean-out and estate sale to overseeing updates and prep, we went above and beyond every step of the way.
Proud to say it sold on the first week on the market!
Another meaningful win in a very busy month. ✨🏡

IT’S BEEN A BUSY MONTH!! Multiple offers, tough competition, but we got it DONE 🤝🏡🗝️

No two real estate transactions are ever the same.
Every deal brings its own set of challenges, and it takes strategy, confidence, strong relationships, and industry knowledge to navigate them well.

For this home, my construction background was a game-changer. It allowed me to help understand the true renovation scope, create an accurate budget, structure a smart offer, and make sure the total investment stayed in line with goals.

This property had multiple offers on the table — but with preparation, insight, and teamwork, we secured it. Proud to get this one across the finish line!!!
