Customer had water coming in through their bathroom. With a very old roof I had to replace a section and the vent versus 3 shingles and the vent. I would rather go out of my way to add more shingles than install less. Customer said the leak stopped! We appreciate the business!

To get a phone call from Bobby Ford Band and Mr. Ford himself to come take a look at some exterior problems is a blessing. Mr. Ford has been having water go behind his gutter, down into his soffit and down his windows. With the help of us, we located his fascia wasn’t installed correctly and a few inches short. Which led to rotted wood and soffit falling. We installed 40 feet of new soffit, fascia board and fascia metal to ensure everything is sound and allowing water to go in the right direction. We are blessed to say “We completed the work and the customer is HAPPY”. For Quality You Can See and Protection You Can Trust call 636-212-5721

Another successful project completed in Festus, Missouri! This job was done the right way from start to finish. A permit was pulled and contractor licensing were in place to meet all local requirements.

We installed CertainTeed Colonial Slate architectural shingles, giving this home a sharp, high-end look with long-lasting protection.

To bring everything up to city code, we removed all existing 1/4” decking and upgraded to 7/16” decking, as required by the City of Festus. The project was fully inspected to ensure everything was met to code standards.

We also identified a major source of leaks the attached back porch and we removed it to eliminate the issue at its root.

Now the homeowner has a beautiful, leak free roof, backed by a warranty through both Boyer Exteriors LLC and the manufacturer for complete peace of mind.

If you want it done right the first time, we’ve got you covered.

Another quality project completed by Boyer Exteriors LLC!

For this sunroom roof, we installed a modified bitumen (torchdown) roofing system, built for durability and long-term protection. To ensure maximum performance, we added a moisture barrier beneath the shingles, helping protect against water intrusion and extending the life of the roof.

We also installed new drip edge for proper water runoff and gave the entire roof a clean, finished look that complements the home perfectly.

This sunroom is now sealed, protected, and built to handle the elements.

If you’re looking for a reliable roofing solution for low slope areas like sunrooms or porches, we’ve got you covered.
