Reece Construction is looking for reliable flaggers to join our team. Our projects are typically located in north Snohomish County.

Pay:
• Private work: $25–$30 per hour
• Prevailing-wage work: Pay varies by project

Requirements:
• Current Washington State flagger certification card
• Strong awareness of jobsite and traffic safety
• Dependable and able to work outdoors in changing conditions
• Excellent communication skills

As we wrap up the week, we’re also wrapping up this project! Take a look at the transformation of this 12-unit townhome project for the Tulalip Tribes.

We’re proud to have served as the general contractor and to see this project through from the initial sitework and utilities, to the final finishing touches. Thank you to everyone on the Reece team and all of our subcontractors who helped bring this project to completion! 🏘️

What an incredible 4th of July weekend! ❤️🤍💙

On Saturday, we had the honor of participating in the Arlington and Darrington 4th of July parades. We want to extend our sincerest thanks to our employees and their families who helped make the day such a success.

The care, preparation, and pride it takes to safely navigate these big rigs and equipment through the parade route does not go unnoticed. Thank you for representing our company with such professionalism and pride. We are grateful for each and every one of you!

The phone has already been ringing this morning... yes, the yards are OPEN today until 5:00 PM!

If you need materials or a last-minute delivery, stop by or give us a call before we close for the holiday weekend. There are 1-2 delivery spots available still for today!

We will be closed tomorrow in observance of the 4th of July. If you're out celebrating, be sure to cheer on the Reece crew at the Darrington Parade (1 PM) and the Arlington Parade (5 PM). We can't wait to celebrate with our community!

NOW HIRING: DIESEL / HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANIC 🔧

$35-$45/hour DOE

Do you enjoy diagnosing problems, turning wrenches, and keeping heavy equipment running? Reece Construction is looking for a skilled mechanic to join our team!

What You'll Be Working On:
- Heavy equipment
- Dump trucks & trailers
- Preventive maintenance & repairs
- Engine, hydraulic, electrical & drivetrain diagnostics
- Small engines & shop equipment and more!

What We're Looking For:
✔️ Experience working on heavy equipment and/or diesel trucks
✔️ Comfortable using diagnostic software and computers
✔️ Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
✔️ Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus, but not required)
✔️ Welding/fabrication experience is a bonus
