10 Defects in 4 Minutes!
Here’s a great reminder of why a Phase II inspection is so valuable before insulation and drywall are installed. Bringing in a third-party, fee-paid inspector who understands building codes gives you an unbiased look at what needs attention while corrections are still easy to make.
This type of inspection is important whether the property is located in the City or the County—construction details matter everywhere.
After 30 years of performing phase inspections, I can honestly say I have never walked through a structure that didn’t benefit from some type of correction before drywall went up. A little extra oversight at the right time can save a lot of headaches later.
