🚽 PSA: Your toilet is NOT a trash can. 😂
We know the package says “flushable.”
Your septic system would like to respectfully disagree. 🫠
Baby wipes, “flushable” wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, and cleaning wipes do not break down like toilet paper does.
Instead, they can clog things up, wrap around your septic pump, and eventually turn a 10-second trip to the bathroom into a very expensive phone call to us. 💸😂
So please…
🧻 Toilet paper? FLUSH IT.
💩 You know what? FLUSH IT.
🧻 Wipes? TRASH IT.
🌸 Tampons & pads? TRASH IT.
🤔 Not sure? TRASH IT.

🐜 Ants Around Your Septic Tank?
Here's Why.
Washington's wet climate makes septic tanks an attractive spot for ants. The warm, dry soil around the tank—and any escaping moisture or odors—can draw them in.

⚠️ Why it matters: Ants can nest in pumps, aerators, and electrical components, leading to expensive repairs.

Keep them away by:
✔️ Making sure your tank lid is sealed properly.
✔️ Keeping grass and weeds trimmed back.
✔️ Using slow-acting ant bait away from the septic tank.
❌ Avoid spraying harsh pesticides on or around your septic system—they can harm the beneficial bacteria your tank needs.
If you're seeing a lot of ants around your septic tank, it may be worth having the lid and seals inspected.

There are some losses that hit an entire community, and Kenny's passing is one of them.
Kenny was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a hardworking provider who always put his family first. He was also a familiar face throughout the septic industry—someone many of us had the privilege of knowing, working alongside, and calling a friend.
His sudden passing has left a tremendous void in the hearts of those who loved him most. If you're able, please consider donating to help support his family during this unimaginable time. Every contribution, no matter the amount, can help ease some of the burden they are facing.
