We turned this property into a shop-ready site:
✅ Retaining wall reconfigured
✅ Site graded & filled
✅ Utilities in
✅ Slab prepped

Now a 30’x50’ shop with 12’x50’ lean-to is going up — with H&H Steel Erectors handling the build so our team can stay on schedule for other clients.

At W5, we do it all — site prep, utilities, drainage, and complete structure builds.

We’re finishing up a great project that brought together grading, drainage, and equine functionality:

✅ Cut down and leveled grade for proper site prep
✅ Installed a retaining wall with built-in drainage
✅ Sloped paddock area for safe, usable space
✅ Installed Drinking Post Automatic Waterers for year-round fresh water

Next steps are in motion! Jake Taylor will be:
🔹 Building new fence for the paddock and small pasture
🔹 Constructing a 2-stall run-in with tack room
