Exposed wiring and mismatched breakers can create hidden risks that many folks never notice. During a home inspection correction in Lake Stevens, we found outdoor circuits without proper conduit and several garage and crawl space issues that needed attention.

We re-sleeved exterior cables, cleaned up the main panel by removing a double tap, and swapped out breakers that didn't match their wires. Every outdoor outlet got a weather-rated GFCI and cover, and we secured all open splices and removed unused switches. Now, everything is sealed up and ready for the next inspection.

Electrical fixes like these help keep homes safer and more reliable. If you have questions about inspection reports, reach out anytime.

Flickering lights or dead outlets can be more than just a nuisance, especially in the middle of summer when we rely on our electrical systems the most.

Sometimes the culprit is a loose bulb or a tripped breaker, which you can check safely on your own. But if you notice persistent issues like outlets that stay dead, breakers that keep tripping, or lights that flicker throughout the house, it’s time to call in a professional. These can signal deeper problems that need an expert’s attention.

Staying on top of electrical concerns helps keep your home safe and powered all summer long.

Reach out if you need troubleshooting help or want peace of mind about your electrical system.

Older homes sometimes hide more surprises behind the walls than expected.

We took on a full electrical service upgrade and k**b and tube remediation in Seattle. The job started with tracing every last run of outdated wiring, replacing it with new circuits, and making sure each outlet and light was safely reconnected. We upgraded the service from 125A to 200A, installed a new meter main and distribution panel, added grounding and surge protection, and made sure all devices met today's code.

The inspection passed, and everything tested as it should. It's always rewarding to see a home reach a safer, more reliable standard.

Outdated electrical panels can be easy to overlook until issues pop up.

We swapped out a 200A StabLok panel in Marysville for a new distribution panel with updated breakers and surge protection. The upgrade meant disconnecting power, removing the old panel, and carefully transferring every circuit to the new setup. We also made sure all grounding and bonding met code, and finished by relabeling each breaker for easy reference.

Everything passed inspection, so this home is set up for safer and more reliable power. Curious about what an upgrade could look like in your place?

We were called out in Arlington to install a new hardwired EV charger in the garage and upgrade two ceiling fans—one in a high vaulted living area and another in an upstairs library. Drilling through thick concrete with embedded rebar meant a few extra trips and some tool changes, but we got the job done. The load management module ensures the charger runs safely on the existing service, and the new fans provide better airflow and a modern look.

It’s always satisfying to see everything working smoothly and pass inspection. Ready for your next upgrade?
