Path Construction is completing an extensive exterior restoration project at the University of Illinois Chicago.

The scope includes façade restoration, masonry repairs, new roofing systems, window and skylight replacement, and plaza waterproofing and repairs.

Masonry work on the east building roof is now substantially complete, with selective roof replacement scheduled to begin in early November.

Path Construction continues to make progress at CPS Jane Addams Elementary School in Chicago.

The project includes improvements throughout the campus, including a new track and field area, drainage and utility work, landscaping, site furnishings, sports lighting, and other exterior improvements.

Currently, turf installation is underway, while game striping is being completed on the new concrete play areas as the site continues to take shape.

Path Construction recently completed exterior improvements to the University of Tennessee Student Union plaza in Knoxville, Tennessee.

The project transformed the existing landscape terrace into a new courtyard and primary entrance to the Student Union. Work included new concrete paving, grand stairs, seat walls, landscape areas, event lawn space, and site utilities.

This timelapse captures the transformation from construction through completion, creating a new outdoor gathering space for students and campus events.
