Path Construction recently attended the open house for the new Philip J. Rock Center and School facility.

The completed two-story, 24,665 sf building includes dormitories for extended-stay students, classrooms, after-school activity rooms, and support spaces. The project also included campus improvements such as accessible walkways, playground areas, utility upgrades, landscaping, and paving.

The open house offered an opportunity to see how the completed facility will support the school’s students and staff through more functional learning, living, and outdoor spaces.

Path Construction has officially broken ground on the new Libertyville Police Station in Libertyville, Illinois.

The 47,000-square-foot facility will replace the Village's existing police station, which has served the community since 1970. The new station is designed to support current operations, future growth, and the evolving needs of public safety with dedicated training and community space, enhanced evidence processing and storage areas, wellness facilities, and secure indoor squad car parking.

Projects like these create long-term value for the communities they serve, providing first responders with facilities built to support their work for decades to come.

Path Construction is delivering a three-story expansion at the Joint Public Safety Training Campus in Chicago, IL.

The addition introduces new training environments for EMS, fire, and law enforcement, including classrooms, offices, and simulation spaces designed for real-world response scenarios.

Work is taking place within an active campus, with crews performing tie-ins and high-impact activities during off-hours to maintain ongoing operations.

The expansion increases training capacity and adds dedicated simulation and ambulance training environments.

Another StudioRes by Marriott, delivered by Path Construction, is nearing completion in Mesa, Arizona.

The extended stay hotel adds to Marriott’s growing StudioRes portfolio and marks the fifth of eight StudioRes projects our team has built.

Path Construction’s heavy highway team completed emergency pavement repairs on I-294 during overnight operations under live traffic.

Crews removed deteriorated sections and restored the driving surface while keeping active lanes moving.

The work was performed in tight closure windows, in low visibility and wet conditions, requiring careful coordination and ex*****on.

A fast turnaround on a critical corridor to keep traffic moving and the roadway in good shape.

Path Construction’s Northeast team recently delivered a 28,000 SF addition at Chuckey-Doak High School in Greene County, Tennessee.

This expansion was built around Career and Technical Education, creating dedicated space for welding, automotive, and health sciences programs, the kind of hands-on training that feeds directly into the local workforce.

The work was carefully phased to keep the school fully operational throughout construction, with no disruption to students or staff.

Projects like these create real capacity for long-term training and open the door for the next generation entering skilled trades and healthcare fields across the region.
