Path Construction Southwest participated in the 5th Annual H.O.L.I. Bowlers Fundraiser Tournament, which raised $20,000 to help provide holiday celebrations and gifts for more than 250 children in Honduras and Nicaragua.

Our team was glad to support the cause and came away with a second-place finish in the tournament!

Another StudioRes by Marriott delivered by Path Construction is now complete in Mesa, Arizona.

The 54,000-square-foot, 124-key extended-stay hotel adds to Marriott’s growing StudioRes portfolio and builds on Path Construction’s experience delivering the brand across multiple markets.

The completed property features fully furnished studio suites with in-room kitchenettes, along with a fitness center, laundry room, communal seating, and a patio designed for extended-stay guests.

This summer, members of Path Construction took the field as the PsychoPATHS in a local softball league. The team wrapped up the season with its final game last week.

Site improvements are taking shape at CPS Jane Addams Elementary School in Chicago.

Path crews are making visible progress across the site, including new asphalt paving, paver installation, and concrete work at the South building entrance. Grading and subgrade preparation are also beginning for the new track and field area.

The work is part of a larger campus improvement project that includes drainage, utilities, landscaping, site furnishings, and sports lighting.

Path Construction recently hosted a school supply drive to support students at CPS Irvin C. Mollison Elementary School, where our team has previously completed construction work.

Path employees donated 95 school supply items, including backpacks, notebooks, pencils, art supplies, and other classroom essentials.

The drive was another way for our team to support the Mollison school community beyond the work completed on campus.

Our in-house architecture team recently connected outside the office to watch a Cubs game at Wrigley Field.

Path’s architectural capabilities extend beyond our design-build work. Our architects collaborate with pre-construction and operations teams to review details, identify potential challenges, evaluate solutions, and connect design intent with construction ex*****on.

Construction continues on the new Canning Student Center at Harper College in Palatine, Illinois.

The three-story, 144,000-square-foot facility will bring student services, academic programs, and campus activities together under one roof.

Targeting LEED Silver certification, the project team is working toward several key milestones, including achieving full building enclosure, establishing permanent power, and completing the pedestrian bridge connection between the new student center and Building M.

Path Construction invited project partners WindWave Real Estate, Pappageorge Haymes Partners, Landrock, Barings, and guests to celebrate the grand opening of 111 Point in Chicago’s River North neighborhood.

The project transformed the former Salesforce Midwest headquarters into 153 residences, requiring the team to integrate the new design within the constraints of the existing office layout and utility systems.

Path’s role extended beyond construction, serving as developer, amenity architect, interior designer, and general contractor. Our in-house team designed the building’s amenity spaces including the lobby, coworking lounge, podcast room, fitness and wellness areas, pet spa, club room, and outdoor terraces.

The grand opening marked the completion of Path's adaptive reuse project and the first development for Converge RE Ventures, demonstrating our ability to develop, design, and deliver a complex downtown conversion from concept through completion.
