What happens during the plumbing rough-in—and why is it such an important stage of construction? 🔧🏡

In tonight’s new episode of Behind the Build, Corey explains how plumbing lines are planned and installed before they’re eventually hidden behind walls and beneath finished surfaces. Getting these details right early helps ensure everything functions properly once the home is complete.

What makes a kitchen feel both beautiful and easy to live in? ✨

In this home, a generous island gives everyone a place to gather, while light wood cabinetry and a striking stone backsplash bring warmth and character to the room. We love how the design feels open without losing the details that make it memorable.

It was a pleasure bringing this space to life alongside the project’s architect, TGP Architecture. 🏡
