Welcome to Hardy | Remote Renovation-Ready Layout Planning
As a former contractor turned independent layout consultant, I bring practical, trade-aware expertise to your home remodel. I design detailed 2D and 3D floor plans remotely—ensuring your space is not only visually appealing but structurally feasible to execute before a builder ever touches a wall.
Why Focus on Layout and Scope Before Finishes? The hardest part of remodeling isn't choosing tile—it's making buildable decisions that respect real-world constraints. I focus entirely on traffic flow, functional clearances, and the exact trade-aware placements that impact your framing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
What You Get:
• Detailed Floor Plans: Precise 2D footprints for appliances, fixtures, and cabinets.
• Visual 3D Representations: Clear renderings to bring your layout to life.
• Contractor-Ready Documentation: Written notes to keep your project scope clear, reducing rework, delays, and costly layout mistakes.
(Note: This is not stamped permit engineering drawings. Lenders and contractors will field-verify measurements and site conditions before ordering).
Fix your layout digitally when it's cheap—not behind drywall when it costs thousands to tear out.
📬 Ready to simplify your remodel? Message me with your project room and timeline, and I will send over my Construction-Ready Intake Checklist to get you started!

Verify who you hire before you renovate!

Seeing a lot of renovation “helpers” pop up online with AI images and a phone number—and no real identity, portfolio, or process? You’re not wrong to be cautious.

I’m Nick, a former renovation contractor who now provides renovation layout + scope planning. I work remotely and deliver a clear, buildable direction you can hand to a contractor for accurate pricing (flow, function, clearances, openings, and what’s realistic to move with plumbing/electrical/HVAC).

Message me “CHECKLIST” and I’ll send my intake checklist + next-step options.

Landscapers: give your customers something more useful than a verbal description.

I create visual concepts showing how planting areas, walkways, patios, retaining walls, lighting, and outdoor features could look together.

You can use the visuals during estimates, design consultations, and customer approvals.

Send me a photo, sketch, measurements, or rough idea, and I can tell you what can be created, the price, and the expected turnaround time.

Show Your Customers Exactly What Their Project Could Look Like:

Professional 2D plans and 3D visuals for decks, patios, landscaping, remodeling, and exterior projects.

Homeowners often struggle to understand a project from words, measurements, or material samples alone. We turn your ideas into clear visual concepts you can use during estimates, presentations, and customer approvals.

Layout & flow Q/A (kitchens, baths, basements, anything):

Post:

-one photo, and
-one sentence: “What’s not working is ______.”

I’ll reply with one practical layout suggestion and what to watch out for before you start buying materials or getting bids.

(If you want a full plan, that’s what Hardy does.)

My Hardy process is built to reduce doubt and change orders:

-You send photos + rough measurements + your inspiration
-We define goals (what’s working / what isn’t)
-I create layout direction focused on flow + function
-You get simple 2D/3D placeholders to visualize the choices
-You take that direction to contractors to quote and build

If you’re planning a renovation and want a clearer path, comment “PROCESS.”

I made a simple checklist for homeowners planning a remodel—because the biggest stress usually comes from unclear scope and layout.

If you want it, comment “CHECKLIST” and tell me what space you’re remodeling (kitchen, bath, basement, addition). I’ll send it over.

Same kitchen footprint. Entirely different functional flow.🍽️

If you are planning a kitchen renovation, don't rely on generic drawings or unrealistic computer inspiration. If your layout is fundamentally broken, expensive quartz countertops won't save it.

I specialize in Renovation Flow & Scope Optimization. I look at:
✅ Door clashes & appliance clearance standards
✅ Ergonomic preparation zones
✅ Realistic traffic patterns for busy families and more

I create detailed 2D and 3D floor plans remotely using your existing dimensions. You get a stress-free blueprint; your contractor gets an easy-to-build, headache-free roadmap.

Let's fix your layout digitally when it's cheap, not structurally when it's expensive!
