Past couple weeks we’ve been busy helping out a couple customers with failed lateral systems. One chamber system in Arkansas City and one rock and pipe system Belle Plaine, that one needed a lift pump installed to raise the level of the field.

Today, I assisted James from Done Right Plumbing in resolving an unusual sewer repair in Arkansas City. The fiber installation company inadvertently bored through the sewer service line. While doing the repair, we brought it up to code by installing a cleanout and backwater valve. We have received assurance that the fiber company will cover the costs of the repair.
