Sometimes a bathroom doesn’t need a full gut job — it just needs the right upgrades.

This homeowner wanted a more modern, functional shower without tearing everything apart. The goals were simple: cleaner look, better usability, and a little more everyday convenience.

We updated the shower with a new rain-style head and added a handheld wand for flexibility — great for daily use, cleaning, and everything in between. We also installed new corner shelves to create practical storage that blends seamlessly with the existing tile.

The result is a refreshed, upgraded shower that feels intentional, functional, and far more comfortable — all without unnecessary disruption.

These are the kinds of projects we enjoy most: listening to what the homeowner actually wants and delivering a solution that makes their space work better for them.

Small project that we took on this week:

We originally went out to address one bathroom fan that was leaking water back into the home.

While we were in the attic, we took a closer look and noticed a second bathroom vent line building up condensation. A problem that hadn’t surfaced yet, but absolutely would have over time.

Instead of ignoring it, we did what we believe is the right thing.

What we did:
✅Installed new insulated ductwork
✅Properly re-routed both vent lines
✅Terminated both bathroom vents outside of the home (not into the attic)
✅Replaced a failing bathroom fan
✅Eliminated condensation buildup and future leak risk

This is a great example of how small issues in an attic can turn into big problems if they’re not caught early. Proper ventilation protects your home from moisture damage, mold, and costly repairs down the road.

If your bathroom fan is dripping, noisy, or doesn’t seem to be venting properly, it’s worth having it checked.
