We can't thank you enough for this outstanding feedback! It means so much to our family-owned business to hear that you consider our services high-standard and customer-focused from start to finish. Thank you for choosing us, and we'll always be here for you.

"I applaud the standards they hold throughout; from the very first point of contact, scheduling the no cost estimate appointment, to the reminder call on day of service, to the Plumbers coming out to service. Every point of contact was thorough, thoughtful, professional, and centered around the customer's needs. This service should be the standard in customer care."

For generations, "The Raving" has been an Autumn tradition, delighting viewers with its clever nod to Edgar Allan Poe's The Raven. First introduced in 1979, this animated classic has become Roto-Rooter's most requested TV commercial and continues to earn praise from fans, poetry lovers, and literature teachers. This fierce guard dog almost scared us away from the job 😂 One of our Service Pros, nicknamed "Goose," has a few fitting toys for furry customers. He was so glad that he could gift one this time! For the record, the human was also happy.

Just your friendly seasonal reminder that "flushable" wipes aren't really that flushable... 😬 Even if the packaging says so, the camera inspection says otherwise.
If you're not sure what it is that's causing slow drains, gurgling noises, or bad smells, we offer camera inspections so we can show you exactly what's happening and how you can prevent it in the future.

This is amazing... We HAVE to shout out our team over in Asheville for their incredible generosity.

Some of our folks were on the job when they noticed the customer's neighbor come out to watch. Our manager walked over to say hello, and while talking, he discovered that almost all of her plumbing was failing! Everything from drain lines to her water heater was on its last legs.

That's when these selfless folks decided to DONATE a full day's labor to overhaul her plumbing system. 👏🥹

Home service doesn't get more heartwarming than this. THANK YOU Eric, Connor, Mike, Jaden, Todd, and David! We are beyond proud of our people. Plus, the biggest thanks to ProSource Supply for generously donating the materials for this project! 🤩

"Outstanding service from our local Roto-Rooter! They came out quickly, diagnosed the problem with an expert eye, gave me plenty of time to consider my options, and took care of everything we needed with professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail... I had fun working with the guys who came out to do this job. The price was fair and the service was absolutely above and beyond all expectations."
