Introducing The Hearthwood.

Designed by Pearce Scott Architects and built by Morgan-Keefe Builders, The Hearthwood is a mountain home plan that combines timeless architecture with thoughtful, modern craftsmanship.

Natural stone and siding help the home settle into its wooded surroundings, while layered rooflines, covered porches, screened-in spaces, and a standing-seam metal roof create a warm and welcoming exterior.

Inside, 4,148 square feet across two levels offers plenty of room to gather, relax, and enjoy mountain living.

Originally designed for a homesite in The Ramble at Biltmore Forest, The Hearthwood can be adapted to other sites while maintaining the character and details that make the plan distinctly its own.

Coming soon to downtown Blowing Rock.

A new collection of five thoughtfully designed townhomes is taking shape just off Main Street, between Laurel Lane and Pine Street.

Each residence will feature three bedrooms, blending Blowing Rock's character with a fresh, contemporary approach to mountain living.

A collaboration between Morgan-Keefe Builders, MHK Architecture, and the Dilweg Companies, this project is designed to feel right at home in one of the High Country’s most beloved mountain towns.

With 8,520 square feet, a guest house, gym, resort-style pool, and thoughtfully designed indoor-outdoor spaces, Sage Hollow Tea House offers an elevated take on Asheville living.

Originally designed specifically for 644 Tea House Drive in The Ramble at Biltmore Forest, the plan can also be thoughtfully adapted for other homesites.
