Employee Spotlight: Taylor Steinbach

This week we're recognizing Taylor Steinbach! Taylor has been part of the Horizon Commercial Pools team for more than seven years as one of our Drivers.

Taylor loves that his job keeps him on the move, allowing him to travel to different cities while helping customers throughout the day. When he's not working, you'll likely find him golfing, spending time with family and friends, or hanging out with his two boxers, Kirko and Ziggy.

A few fun facts about Taylor:
• Favorite season: Fall (especially football season!)
• Bucket list: Visit Hawaii and attend the Masters Tournament

Scott joined Horizon Commercial Pools in 2024 as our Aquatic Sales Consultant serving the Green Bay market.

His favorite part of the job is meeting new people, building lasting relationships, and helping grow the business opportunities throughout the region.

Fall is his Scott's favorite season because it means hunting, fishing, and Green Bay Packers football with his family.

Fun fact: Scott is the only Aquatic Sales Consultant at Horizon who has a bar as one of his accounts, Tanner's Bar & Grill in Kimberly, WI. Only in Wisconsin!

Alex has been part of the Horizon Commercial Pools team for a little over 2 years as our Supply Chain Manager. From managing warehouse operations to overseeing purchasing, Alex plays a key role in making sure our teams have what they need to serve our customers.

Alex enjoys that supply chain is like solving one giant puzzle, finding the best solution for customers while keeping things efficient and cost-effective.
