Last week was a short week but we were able to frame up the 1st. story walls on our Arcata project. Today we installed the 2nd floor, floor joists, tomorrow the subflooring will go on.

Our next build is underway. Two duplexes in Arcata. Thanks Alves and the HDB crew for moving things along this week.

Time to replace the engineered siding that rots quickly in our climate. The new siding and trim is long lasting fiber cement and to keep costs down we decided to paint the project ourselves.
