A special afternoon celebrating housing, stability, and community 🏠✨
On Tuesday, we proudly celebrated the ribbon cutting for Madison Square Studios in Sacramento — a permanent supportive housing community providing residents with a place to call home and the support that comes with it.
We were grateful to be joined by so many of the people who helped make this project possible, including representatives from SHRA, Sacramento County Behavioral Health Services, community partners, supporters, and residents.
A highlight of the afternoon was hearing directly from one of our residents about what Madison Square Studios has meant to her. She shared how having a home here has given her a sense of safety and a second chance, and expressed her appreciation for the resident services team and the great management at the community. She even gave a special shoutout to the dog park — one of her favorite parts of the property, despite not having a dog of her own! 🐾💙
Her words were a meaningful reminder that behind every new community are real people finding stability, connection, and an opportunity to move forward.
