Workforce Wednesday: Behind the Build🧱
Meet Nathan Lucas, one of Arcon’s Commercial Project Managers.
Nathan joined the Arcon team in 2021, bringing with him more than 30 years of construction experience, including 12 years estimating and project managing successful commercial projects. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for leadership, organization, and delivering quality results on every project he oversees.
In his role at Arcon, Nathan is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing commercial construction projects from start to finish. He works closely with clients, subcontractors, and our production team to ensure projects stay on schedule, remain within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
His commitment to honest communication and teamwork helps create a smooth construction process while building strong relationships along the way.
