How is everyone's baskets and planters looking with the hot summer we've had and continue to have? I've had a few folks ask me over the last few weeks, what are you doing to keep your baskets as beautiful as they are.
Answer: Watering in the morning, every single day, not missing, and of course fertilizing with Beat Your Neighbor Fertilizer® multiple times a week. Yes, you can fertilize more than once a week, just mix it at half strength. These pictures were taken today of my baskets by my home and in the nursery. 🤩

The homeowner was looking for a refresh and boy did it turn out great! Their choice of the caramel quartz makes the house pop. We removed the old rock, edging and plants and installed new charcoal edging, w**d blocker and caramel quartz.

The crew wrapped up the tear out and install in early July of buildings 3 & 4 (we completed buildings 1 & 2 last summer)...

The crew wrapped up the tear out and install in early July of buildings 3 & 4 (we completed buildings 1 & 2 last summer). Removed the fill dirt/rock underneath the existing landscape and installed screened dirt to grade with commercial w**d blocker, new plants and red granite/salt n pepper mix for a clean look.

One sure sign that we are halfway through summer is the panicle hydrangeas blooming. One of the panicles is the Vanilla Strawberry hydrangea and is a great choice for your yard/landscape. The left is the Vanilla Strawberry hydrangea shrub in my landscape and the right is the Vanilla Strawberry hydrangea in tree form in the nursery. We still have this hydrangea in both shrub and tree form.
