Retail Live - Orlando, FL!
KPS Commercial Construction participated at Retail Live in Orlando Florida recently. A bustling crowd including our friend C. Joseph Richard, Principle of Architectplus in Baton Rouge, LA. and Mr. Brian K. Watson. VP of Crossmarc Broker Services from Winter Park, FL and many others visited our booth to learn about our construction services as a national General Contractor.

Networking at the Restaurant Franchising Summit in San Diego, CA.

Great time at the franchising summit hosted by Networld Media Group. Featuring great weather, beautiful location, and a sunset ship cruise which made networking with successful brands enjoyable.

I has the pleasure of starting my day with morning coffee alongside Jeff's Bagel Run co-founder Jeff Perera (to my right) and Todd Evans, VP of Jeff's Bagel Run Franchising. Later, I engaged in a fun conversation and photo shot with Meredith Yerkes, SVP of DSA Signage, and Marc Howland, Co-Founder of the emerging brand Breadless. It was a great opportunity to connect with QSR & Fast Casual leaders to share ideas and learn about expansion plans

Take 5 Oil Change Rally Tampa, FL

Recently, KPS Commercial Construction sponsored and was represented by Brandon Brewer, Director of Estimating, and David L. Moore, Director of Business Relations at the 2026 Take 5 Oil Change Rally. The event attracted over 1,200 attendees, including franchise and corporate participants.

Brandon and David engaged with industry professionals and discussed opportunities for the upcoming year.

Ziggi's Coffee has partnered with KPS Commercial Construction to build a new drive-thru location in Huntington, IN. Founded in Longmont, Colorado in 2004, Ziggi's has expanded to multiple locations across the U.S. The Huntington location will mark the brand's first presence in Northern Indiana. Stay tuned for updates on the Grand Opening.

Dodge's Grand Reopening!
Recently, Gautier, MS Mayor, Casey Vaughn joined the Dodge's team to cut the ribbon and welcome back loyal customers who awaited the completion of the remodel.
