2026 ICSC Las Vegas!
KPS recently participated in our 7th Las Vegas event, and as always, we left feeling excited about the possibilities and connections we made. Additionally, we had the opportunity to attend mixers sponsored by Atwell LLC Consultants, Brixmor Property Group, and CEI Engineering Associates, and we enjoyed connecting with all the brands that visited our KPS booth.

Now the real work starts with follow-up efforts, molding relationships, and "Building that Foundation of Trust" for lasting business success.

Thanks to our Superintendents, Josh Shearer, Wes Banks, & Gonzalo Rivera and crews for outstanding teamwork and bringing all projects to the finish line in a timely manner.

KPS Commercial Construction participated at Retail Live in Orlando Florida recently. A bustling crowd including our friend C. Joseph Richard, Principle of Architectplus in Baton Rouge, LA. and Mr. Brian K. Watson. VP of Crossmarc Broker Services from Winter Park, FL and many others visited our booth to learn about our construction services as a national General Contractor.

Networking at the Restaurant Franchising Summit in San Diego, CA.

Great time at the franchising summit hosted by Networld Media Group. Featuring great weather, beautiful location, and a sunset ship cruise which made networking with successful brands enjoyable.

I has the pleasure of starting my day with morning coffee alongside Jeff's Bagel Run co-founder Jeff Perera (to my right) and Todd Evans, VP of Jeff's Bagel Run Franchising. Later, I engaged in a fun conversation and photo shot with Meredith Yerkes, SVP of DSA Signage, and Marc Howland, Co-Founder of the emerging brand Breadless. It was a great opportunity to connect with QSR & Fast Casual leaders to share ideas and learn about expansion plans
