Residential Shingled Roofs. We service Geauga, Lake, and surrounding counties. Pay after 1st install, then paid weekly. Insurance is required. Materials are roof top delivered. Looking for a crew that works well together and wants to work! Pay per square varies due to pitch, layers, etc... Starts at $150 per square for a straight forward up and over up to 8/12. Ridge cap counts towards square count. Add 10$ per layer. $125 chimney flash, $200 when following the mortar lines. We have dump trailers we deliver the night before. We don't really do anything over a 10/12 regularly. Anything over that you can look at and quote. Flexible.

Balcony build! Install French doors. Custom windows. Can you turn this pile of old handrail into our handrail? It was 4 seperate pieces! Sure can!! Cut, fabricate, weld, install! Excellent build. One more day to finish up. Will update pictures!

Perform scheduled repairs to residential home. Hand tools are needed. Knowledge of home construction and roofing, siding,, windows, doors. Attention to detail. You will be the "clean up person" after the main crew has finished their scope of work. Smart phone will be needed to receive your work orders. Reliable vehicle will be needed also. Proper candidate may receive company vehicle after probationary period.
Paid time off after 60 days. Incentives. Pay is commensurate with experience and setup. Must be able to drive company vehicles and able to be added to our insurance.
Good pay. Flexibility. This is currently a 1099 position.
Possibility of general employment exists.

This will be replacement of RTUs, or Roof top HVAC units. Remove the old. Replace the B decking. Place new curbs, flash, seal perimeter. We use Firestone Rubber and Henry sealants. Remove standing water and seal roof seams. New flashing at the adjacent unit wall.
