This Rio del Mar home had great bones — but a big modern vision waiting to be unlocked. We worked hand in hand with the owners to take a humble 1,400 sq ft single-story and transform it into a stunning 3,000 sq ft modern retreat, all while preserving the original character and soul of the home.

Rot repair, full plumbing and wiring updates, code compliance — we handled the hard stuff so the owners could focus on the finish line. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a whole lot of heart built in just 9 months. 🔨💛

We didn't just build a restaurant — we built a getaway. 🇫🇷🇮🇹🍕

Inspired by the sun-soaked Franco-Italian Riviera, we teamed up with award-winning Chef David Kinch and RVH Designs to bring Mentone to life in the heart of Aptos Village. Every detail was intentional — old world Venetian plaster walls, leather-stained floors, custom millwork, hand-painted tile, and a one-of-a-kind bar that stops you in your tracks the moment you walk in.

Oh, and the custom Italian pizza oven? That went in first — before the framing — because some things are just that important. 🍕🔥

3,478 sq ft of Mediterranean magic, built in 11 months. This is what happens when great chefs and great builders share the same vision. 🙌

This one was all about honoring a homeowner's vision and making it a reality. We worked hand in hand with the owners to transform an early 20th century single-story home into a stunning, modern two-story retreat — ground up rebuild and all.

The redesigned roofline and brand new balcony open up to breathtaking wave views, while the second story great room is the ultimate space to gather, relax, and soak in everything the Santa Cruz Westside has to offer. 🌊☀️

This Monterey Bay beach house was in rough shape — rot, termite damage, down to the studs. But that's exactly the kind of challenge we live for. In just 9 months, we transformed it into a stunning, hyper-efficient 3-bed, 3-bath home built to handle everything the coast can throw at it.

Spray-foam insulation, passive solar heating, electric radiant wall panels, and a natural stack-effect cooling system means this home is as smart as it is beautiful. And those sliding glass doors with unobstructed views of Monterey Bay? Yeah, that's the good stuff. 🌅
