This project started with the removal of an existing wet bar, but that's just the first step toward creating a beautiful new full kitchen. Behind the scenes, we're making major upgrades to prepare the space for everyday living, including:
✔️ New electrical for small kitchen appliances
✔️ Dedicated connections for a refrigerator, dishwasher, free-standing range, and microwave
✔️ Updated plumbing and electrical routing behind the walls
✔️ New flooring that blends seamlessly with the existing home
✔️ New cabinetry installed according to the redesigned kitchen layout

In reference to our previous post, here are the plans to enclose the porch, extend the bedroom, and add a new laundry closet.

Part of the new space will be converted to a screened-in porch for those warm summer evenings.

We have a new project nearing completion in Appomattox. Here are a couple of the “before” photos. The goal was to enclose the area, extend the bedroom, and add a new laundry closet. Part of the new space will be screened in. More photos coming soon to share the full vision and transformation.
