PSA, I usually like to start fresh so that craftsmanship and details really show as you all know!.... but is not always what's best for the Customer. Especially when their is a huge time crunch with a house getting cleared out and listed in under a week with that being said I did the subfloor and flooring in this basement so their Contractors can finish this job on time!!

Pushed this into my schedule to help this client out as her home will be listed this weekend and couldn't get anyone to complete this space another contractor started. Glue down carpet removed and dricore subfloor is getting installed. Not a square wall in sight😅 makes for a fun installation 👏
