🎉 21 YEARS OF S&D MASONRY! 🧱

Today marks 21 years since S&D Masonry began and this year, we’re celebrating a little differently.

We want you to meet the OWNERS behind S&D Masonry. The people who helped start this company, build it, grow it, and shape it into the business it is today.

As we celebrate 21 years, it’s especially important to us to recognize Richard Schelfhout and Brad DeCleene. Richard and Brad were an important part of S&D Masonry from the beginning, and their hard work, dedication, and contributions helped lay the foundation for the success we are fortunate to have today.

Each Tuesday in September, we’ll spotlight one of our current owners and share what they do, their role in S&D Masonry, and a few things you may not know about them.

After 21 years, we think it’s time to put the people who built this business in the spotlight ‼

The S&D crew is making progress at Neenah Golf, and with today’s weather giving us the first little taste of fall, it’s a pretty good day to be outside laying block. 🍂

Cooler temps, sunshine, and another project going up the S&D way: solid, straight and built to last. 💪🧱

We’ll take more workdays like this!

Rain day = Masonry Class is in session! 🧱👷‍♂️

When Mother Nature says we can’t be on the jobsite, we might as well put the day to good use!

We’re still looking to hire Mason Tenders, and days like today show exactly where that position can lead. We’ve had some great tenders step up, put in the work, and now they’re learning the skills to become masons!🧱

A huge thank you to Owner & Foreman Ethen for taking the time today to teach the next generation of masons the craft, tricks of the trade, and probably a little patience along the way...

At S&D Masonry, you don’t have to know it all on Day 1 - you just need to be willing to show up, work hard, and learn.

Employee Highlight! 💙

At S&D Masonry, we've always said we're more than a team - we're family. This week, that couldn't have been more evident.

After the recent storm caused significant damage to owners Scott and Tara's yard with several trees down, something incredible happened. From Monday through Wednesday, employees and friends continuously reached out, showed up, and dedicated their time to helping clear the yard.

While not everyone who helped is pictured, every act of kindness made a difference and did not go unnoticed.

The generosity, compassion, and willingness to support one another is what makes S&D Masonry so special. We are incredibly grateful for every person who lent a hand, offered encouragement, or simply took the time to check in throughout the week.

To our amazing employees and friends: thank you for reminding us what it truly means to be part of the S&D Masonry family. We are beyond thankful for each and every one of you. ❤️
