With education and career experience in structural engineering, residential design, and construction management; I enjoy educating and helping my clients to look at their projects with a more critical eye and to question even the smallest of details. This enjoyable and in-depth process ensures that when your home is complete, it is both beautiful and functional. I offer a basic 2D construction set

for builders or clients who know exactly what they want and are not interested in paying the additional costs for 3D plans. For those who are looking for a more highly detailed construction set along with 3D renderings to get a good idea of what their finished product will look like, I have you covered as well. All plans are priced on a per-square-foot basis to give you a solid price that will not change unless your project grows in scale.

Right now is always a slower time of year for me. I have some smaller projects I am working through, but there is always some back and forth with builders/clients, which opens me up to starting some additional projects. If you or anyone you know is looking to get some plans or ideas together for a remodel, addition, or new build, I am always available to help. My priority is always making sure the client gets what they are looking for, even if it is not with me.

In the meantime, I am slowly working on getting my website finished and some sort of blog put together. I plan to share some in-depth perspectives on each step of the design and build process, answer questions, and hopefully help give readers more confidence when it comes to finding the contractor or builder for their next project.

Interior elevations are important to any project, regardless of size. More information means more accurate estimates. Not only a plus for budgeting, but easier when comparing estimates from several contractors, knowing they have all included the same elements.

Had this owner already selected specific fixtures and finishes, those would have been included as well for even more accuracy.
