The underlayment in this shower, underneath all of the tile, on top of this bench, was completely rotted through to the floor. We carefully removed the existing tiles, replaced the underlayment and also installed cement board to get this shower bench back to its full use!

GOOGLE currently has us listed as permanently closed. Some customers have told me that we are not listed at all after being listed on there since we started. We are DEFINITELY NOT PERMANENTLY CLOSED and still installing every day! There is no reason at all! Not sure what is going on there but have been consistently going back and forth with Google to get this resolved.
