"Steve Rusk was our sales rep. He was very knowledgeable, professional, answered all our questions and didn't push for a sale. We had several questions after he left; I emailed him and he answered right away. Matt was our installer. Once he took the bathtub out, he found an issue with the wall that we didn't know existed. I went to check his progress and he showed me how he fixed the problem, but that fix put him an hour.." says Sharon on Google
