Hello All, Justin from PowerHouse stump grinding here. Just quick PSA. LOT's of Storm damage and people getting ripped off by out of state tree services. I had a gentlemen tell it was $28,000 to remove ONE large silver maple damaged in the storm. If your home owners insurance does not go through for whatever reason after the fact that will be on you to foot the bill! These contractors WILL put liens on your property! If you need tree work or stump grinding that is NOT emergency removal I strongly recommend being patient! We (local tree companies and stump grinding companies) are out in the mix doing what we can, as fast as we can. Things will catch up and stabilize. Keep the $$ in our community. If you have friends or family affected by storm damage please share this post or at least encourge them to continue making phone calls to your local tree & stump removal companies.
