🏆 Employee of the Month: Pedro! 🎉
This month, we’re proud to recognize Pedro as our Employee of the Month!
Pedro is the kind of team member every company hopes to have. He always shows up looking professional, takes pride in his work, and makes sure everything is done neatly and with care. His attention to detail and dedication to doing things right never go unnoticed!
We wanted you to get to know Pedro a little better, so we asked him a few questions!
🚵 What’s something most people don’t know about you?
“I enjoy cycling and pretty much anything related to off-roading!”
đź’Ş What advice would you give someone just starting out in this trade?
“Take your time, work clean, and finish what you started before moving on to something else. Good work speaks louder than a thousand words.”
🎮 What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“Playing video games, watching documentaries, or going for a drive!”
Pedro’s advice says a lot about the way he works. He believes in taking his time, staying organized, and letting the quality of his work speak for itself, and that’s exactly what he brings to our team every day.
Thank you, Pedro, for setting a great example and being someone we can always count on! We’re lucky to have you as part of the Appleton Roofing & Remodeling family! ❤️đźŹ
Everyone, help us congratulate Pedro! 👏🎉
