We were called in to fix this kitchen ceiling that had a water leak on the second floor. After doing the demo, there was still a lot of water visible so we dried up everything and then came back the next day to install the new drywall. After a few trips, we're were able to get the ceiling looking good and ready for the customer to prime and paint!

We were called back to help out a good client with some items on their todo list. Here is a list of items we crossed off this time:
2 new windows with exterior trim
New roof panels on their greenhouse
2 sets of new stairs for their 3 season room
3 sets of railings
2 new lights for 2 closets

We helped out and prior customer with a few small items that he needed at his home. First off we got rid of the old concrete step that kept on moving and replaced it with a step that is fastened to the wall and added a handrail. We also were able to get them a new egress cover as the old one did not hold back water and was broken.

We were recommended to this customer who was in desperate need of a updated kitchen. We gutted the room, had electrical updated, moved the fridge to a better spot, added new cabinets, flooring, tile backsplash, new range hood, new microwave, and stone countertops. We also replace 2 toilets and fixed some damaged flooring.

We were called in to create some living space in the basement for a growing family. We were tasked to create a room with a couple of closets and a extra full bathroom. Ceiling height was definitely an obstacle that we had to overcome but it turned out great! The walls will be covered with wallpaper by the homeowner once it is not backordered.

We were called to a former customers home to help with demoing the basement after a recent storm that caused damage to the basement. After assessing the situation, we gutted the basement to prevent further issues and to open up the area for storage. The basement had issues before and was not properly framed or drywalled.

We are almost done with a kitchen project for a referral customer. Here is a list of items we have done s far:
Updated electrical outlets, new drywall, fresh paint, new floors, cabinets installed, new microwave installed, new range fan, and new trim. We also demoed and fixed some rotten subfloor under a toilet and then replaced two toilets.

New we are waiting for the countertops to be installed so we can work on the backsplash and finish up some other little items.
