Surprise! Yesterday, we recognized Treat Yo’ Self Day 🐎🍿🍬

Our employees knew treats were coming, but didn’t know exactly what was in store. We celebrated with a petting zoo (yes, including a mini horse), homemade popcorn, and plenty of sweets to show appreciation for all they do!

The City of Orlando has selected FINFROCK to negotiate a design-build contract for a proposed parking garage near Inter&Co Stadium and the Kia Center.

With a planned capacity of at least 800 parking spaces and a $35.7 million project budget, the garage is part of the city's broader vision for downtown growth.

We're proud to be considered for an opportunity that will help support Orlando's evolving downtown and look forward to the next steps in the process.

A new chapter is taking shape in Winter Park.

FINFROCK is leading the design and construction of Broad Oak Ravaudage Apartments, a new seven-story luxury multifamily community designed to bring 250 residences and a wide range of thoughtfully designed amenities to the Ravaudage district.

From architecture and engineering to manufacturing and installation, FINFROCK is bringing the entire process together through our Design–Manufacture–Construct® approach.

Construction is expected to begin in early 2027. We’re excited to help bring this vision to life.

Before becoming a Craftsman, Cassandra built experience across Material Control and Drafting. Today, she has worked on nearly every form at our Apopka manufacturing plant, giving her a unique understanding of the work from multiple sides.

At FINFROCK, laser systems work alongside in-house programs like PieceTracker and XceleRAYtor to help our teams accurately lay out, track, and manage precast components throughout production.

For World Architecture Day, we’re taking a look at the housing conversation and the role that more efficient, integrated approaches to design and construction can play.

Housing is a complex challenge with no single solution. But if we’re going to build more, we should also be thinking about how we can build more efficiently.

Central Florida is growing. And with that growth comes a question that reaches far beyond how many homes we build: How do we build enough housing to support the people and communities that make the region work? The theme for World Architecture Day 2026, “Housing is a Human Right.
